The Role
We are seeking a Brand Strategist to act as the intellectual core of our partnerships. You are a curator of clarity, responsible for excavating the foundational truths of a business and distilling them into a powerful strategic narrative. You will conduct rigorous market research, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and architect the strategic ‘Frame’ that guides all creative expressions. This role is for a storyteller who sees the poetry in data and the business case in a compelling cultural insight.
What We Are Looking for
- Demonstrable experience in brand strategy, market research, and competitive analysis, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.
- The ability to translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into a clear, focused, and compelling strategic narrative.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to guide C-suite level partners through our Clarity Framework™.
- A deep intellectual curiosity and a passion for understanding the relationship between brands, business, and culture.
- An articulate thinker who can build a persuasive argument and defend it with intellectual honesty.
