Challenge

A media powerhouse needed to brand its flagship CX summit to reflect its forward-thinking agenda and attract top-tier regional leaders.

Khaleej Times Events required a distinct and powerful brand identity for CX Evolve, their premier summit on the future of customer experience.

The challenge was to create a brand system that felt intelligent, dynamic, and authoritative, capable of representing a high-level dialogue on AI, data-led personalization, and emotionally intelligent design.

Goal

To architect a strategic brand toolkit for CX Evolve, powering four successful editions of the event with precision and impact.

Our objective was to establish a powerful, unified brand presence for the summit through a comprehensive visual identity system.

This enduring toolkit needed to be flexible enough to evolve with each edition while being rigorous enough to ensure a consistent, premium experience for every partner, speaker, and attendee.

Process

We built a foundational brand system and acted as the creative engine, delivering a universe of assets for the entire event series.


Our partnership began by architecting the core visual identity for CX Evolve. This system became the blueprint for delivering all assets for four annual editions.

Our role encompassed creating unique thematic identities for each year’s summit, designing all digital and print collateral, and executing the full suite of on-site environmental graphics.
